well, where do I start? the staff was incredibly stressed and rude, not letting me buy a bottle of water when the bar closed. the wifi? what a joke. it never worked, leaving me to rely on mobile data. you would think a nice hotel would have basic amenities down to a science, but alas, I just couldn’t recommend it.

Food options were limited, but the room was clean and comfortable, perfect after a long day on the Camino.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long journey. I loved the spacious layout, which allowed my companion and me to spread out and relax. The bar area was a vibrant spot, buzzing with energy and offering tasty bocadillas for breakfast, making our mornings delightful.

My experience was frustrating due to the incredibly noisy environment. the late-night partying outside my window and from adjacent rooms made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, despite a hot and stuffy room situation, opening the window was not an option because of the surrounding mess and filth outside, including broken bottles. To top it off, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when it came to addressing these issues, leaving me feeling quite let down during my stay.

Had a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a delicious steak at dinner. however, the food didn't meet expectations for breakfast, as it was quite limited.

el haya exceeded my expectations during this wedding ceremony. the warm welcome and lovely room made me feel at home. very comfortable beds and the bar was a great spot to relax afterward.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great breakfast that included eggs and bacon starting early at 6:30am, perfect for those needing a quick start to explore the city, all conveniently located just 21 km from the nearest airport.
